Palm Cottage has been renovated and extended. it now offers 4 bedrooms, new furnishings, and appliances.
Palm Cottage delivers the ultimate in a holiday getaway. Set amongst the palm trees on Ness Street in Goolwa Beach, the property offers views of coastal sand dunes, a 3-minute walk to the popular surf beach and a short drive to the River Murray, golf course, wineries and the main street of Goolwa.

Main living offers open plan kitchen, living area with LCD and DVD player and separate dining room.

The property has an undercover outdoor entertaining area, a new bbq as well as a fully fenced rear yard.
Bring your bikes and take the bike track from near the house to Middleton or Port Elliot and through to Victor Harbor.

Sleeping configuration
The house sleeps 9 people and features four bedrooms with a King bed upstairs in the new parent retreat which also features a lounge and balcony as well as ensuite with freestanding bath.

Bedroom 2 downstairs has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has a tri bunk (double bottom and single top) and bedroom 4 which is located next to the laundry and third toilet, has a double bed, sofa, and LCD television.

$800 refundable bond applies for each stay.
Pets are permitted at the manager's discretion. Please ask upon enquiry.

- * Guests are very welcome to bring their pets on holiday but it is preferable that they remain outside. There is a huge backyard for them to run in and the beach just a short stroll through the sand dunes which they will love. Your dog can sleep inside at night if they have their own dog bed and they stay out of bedrooms. One dog per stay.
- We allow 1-2hours to clean the property. If it takes longer than this, the cleaning will be deducted from the bond.
- Strictly NO parties and NO smoking.
