Delightful light-filled 2 bedroom unit, with balcony, in the heart of the dynamic beachside suburb of Glenelg.
Tastefully decorated and fully equipped to ensure a fantastic holiday, business trip or just a fun weekend away.

Professionally cleaned by Covid19 compliant business. All situations discussed and considered at this time.

The unit is on the first floor of a 3 storey apartment block. It is very spacious and has large windows in every room allowing plenty of light and sea breezes.
The unit has a lounge, dining and kitchen and is fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The small balcony is ideal for soaking up the sunlight on the Northern side.

Bedroom 1 is spacious with a queen bed with robes. The second bedroom has 2 singles also with robes. All quality linen is provided.
The bathroom consists of a shower, vanity and toilet. A washing machine is situated in the bathroom with access to clotheslines on the ground floor or small clothes rack can be placed in the sun on the balcony.

A reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living area provides warmth in winter and cool in summer. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

The coded key box is provided for independent check-in.

One free car park space is provided.

Glenelg is a beach-side suburb of the South Australian capital of Adelaide. Located on the shore of Holdfast Bay in Gulf St Vincent, it has become a tourist destination due to its beach and many attractions, home to several hotels and dozens of restaurants. Established in 1836, it is the oldest European settlement on mainland South Australia. It was named after Lord Glenelg, a member of British Cabinet and Secretary of State for War and the Colonies. Through Lord Glenelg the name derives from Glenelg, Highland, Scotland.

There are plenty of things to do in Glenelg from the beach, a walk along the Glenelg pier, see marine life, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, cafes and the boutique shopping along Jetty Road.

  • Bond: 250 AUD
  • Cleaning Fee: 75 AUD
  • Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
  • 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

Terms and Conditions

The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

Before departure all dishes must be washed and put away. Any mess in kitchen or rooms tidied and all rubbish taken and placed in council bins.

You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. Should any breakages occur during your stay please notify us to rectify. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion)

Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. If any other guests stay extra charges will apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.

We supply quality linen, pillows, blankets and towels, which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. If damaged or taken replacement charges will be the guests responsibility.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking outside any butts or associated mess must be cleaned and placed in council bins


On departure the security deposit will be refunded by your booking agent. A cleaners report is sent to booking agent after your departure. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the security deposit. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.


If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc.) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full. The manager reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the dates of all of the above terms and conditions are not adhered to.


PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. As this is a residential home all noise must be kept to a minimum. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination and eviction without refund of security deposit and or extra charges for cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
