The main living area features deducted reverse cycle air conditioning, floor to ceiling glass windows with bi-fold doors leading to the rear courtyard area with BBQ and seating for 8 or more.
There is a large paved leafy front courtyard that is private and secure, equipped with coded front security gate.A quiet place to sit and enjoy some relaxation.

This central location has the city in one direction and the cosmopolitan suburb of Norwood in the other. A stroll along Norwood Parade is a must with its iconic shopping precinct and many delightful restaurants, cafes and bars.
For the business travellers the business district of the CBD, Convention Centre, universities and hospitals are all within easy access to the property.

Once across the parklands a free city loop bus is available to take you around the city centre. The tram and trains are also accessible from the city centre.
Adelaide is the home of fine food and wine and the local produce can't be beat! There is a diverse culture throughout the city allowing visitors to experience the local cuisines as well as many from around the world.
Adelaide also has an abundance of entertainment venues throughout the city as well as first class sporting venues so be sure to visit the SA Tourism website when visiting the city.

Terms and Conditions for Home Style Accommodation
The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
Before departure all dishes must be washed and put away. Any mess in kitchen or rooms tidied and all rubbish taken and placed in council bins.
You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. Should any breakages occur during your stay please notify us to rectify. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion)
Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. If any other guests stay extra charges will apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.
Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
We supply quality linen, pillows, blankets and towels, which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. If damaged or taken replacement charges will be the guests responsibility.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking outside any butts or associated mess must be cleaned and placed in council bins
On departure the security deposit will be refunded by your booking agent. A cleaners report is sent to booking agent after your departure. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the security deposit. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.
If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc.) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full. The manager reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the dates of all of the above terms and conditions are not adhered to.
NOISE AND DISTURBANCES
PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. As this is a residential home all noise must be kept to a minimum. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination and eviction without refund of security deposit and or extra charges for cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
