Angas 177 is situated on the ground floor of the Regent apartment building in the quiet East end of Adelaide city. This modern 2 bedroom apartment has been recently renovated and funky new furniture throughout. Fully self-contained with parking.

The apartment is self-contained with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge room and separate dining.
The main bedroom has queen bed, built-in robes and a wall-mounted TV. Second bedroom 2 singles which can be converted to a king if required. All quality linen supplied at no extra cost.
Large bathroom with separate bath. Laundry has washer-drier, ironing facilities.
Electric roller shutters are installed on the front 2 entrances full block out, noise reduction and security.
Free secure parking for one vehicle.
Angas 177 is ideal for short or long term stays holidays, family or corporate bookings.
The apartment is privately owned and operated offering guests a clean and comfortable home away from home.

A coded key safe is located at the front of the property to allow guests an independent arrival. Thorough arrival details and code will be emailed to guests the day prior to their arrival.

Arrival time is 2 pm and departure time is 10 am. These times may be varied depending on prior bookings. All effort will be made to accommodate your requirements.

Angas 177 is in an absolutely fantastic location! Situated in the cosmopolitan East end, the apartment is walking distance to all of the inner city attractions and easy access to public transport for those who wish to explore the surrounding regions of this unique state.
The apartment is perfectly positioned and a short walk to the fabulous Central Markets, culinary delights of Gouger St and China Town along with cultural and sporting venues.
The business district of the CBD, universities and Adelaides exciting shopping precinct are also within walking distance.
Heading in the opposite direction are Adelaide's beautiful parklands walking and riding tracks throughout and a wonderful spot to unwind and relax. Also just around the corner from Hutt St which is renowned for its divine cafes, restaurants and bars.
For those who aren't to keen on walking Adelaide offers a free city loop bus which meanders its way around the city.

Getting around:
The metro bus service is available and reliable in and around the city. Adelaide city also has a tram service and train for accessing out of city suburbs and attractions. Free bike hire is also available in Adelaide city.

Terms and Conditions for Home Style Accommodation

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.

Before departure all dishes must be washed and put away. Any mess in kitchen or rooms tidied and all rubbish taken and placed in council bins.

You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the Property and any part of it during your stay. Should any breakages occur during your stay please notify us to rectify. Management may recover from you repair or replacement cost (at Management's discretion)

Only the guests nominated and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property overnight. If any other guests stay extra charges will apply or the agreement may be terminated without refund.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.

We supply quality linen, pillows, blankets and towels, which must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. If damaged or taken replacement charges will be the guests responsibility.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If smoking outside any butts or associated mess must be cleaned and placed in council bins

SECURITY DEPOSIT

On departure the security deposit will be refunded by your booking agent. A cleaners report is sent to booking agent after your departure. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by Management as a result of your breach of these Terms & Conditions will be charged against the security deposit. Examples of this include but are not limited to any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared.

UNAVAILABLILTY

If the Property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc.) then Management will inform you immediately and endeavor to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your occupancy; failing which any moneys paid will be refunded in full. The manager reserves the right to cancel the booking and release the dates of all of the above terms and conditions are not adhered to.

NOISE AND DISTURBANCES

PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. As this is a residential home all noise must be kept to a minimum. Breach of this condition will result in immediate termination and eviction without refund of security deposit and or extra charges for cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.

We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since Management is not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur whilst staying at our property.
