Self-contained with off-street parking and offering everything you need to make your stay comfortable, Twelve Errard is only a short walk to Ballarat's town center as well as a great selection of cafes, restaurants and the city's main entertainment precinct

Only minutes from Ballarat's amenities and draw card locations, Twelve Errard is perfectly located for those in town on either business or pleasure. You'll be staying only 100 meters to shops and cafes, 200 meters from the local hospitals and bus stop, less than 900 meters to Town Hall and Her Majesty's Theatre and a comfortable 1500 meter stroll to Lake Wendouree.

Family friendly, Twelve Errard is also well located for those wishing to experience Sovereign Hill, Kryal Castle, The Ballarat Wildlife Park, The Art Gallery of Ballarat, M.A.D.E. and the Victoria Park Inclusive Play Space and is only a short distance from the Ballarat City Circle free hop-on hop-off bus.

In the heart of the central business district, Twelve Errard is a practical base for those visiting Ballarat for work and the short walk to Ballarat Base Hospital and St John of God Hospital also means staying with us is convenient for those with friends or relatives in hospital.

We also cater for those travelling on their own or as part of a couple and can configure our apartments to offer a one bedroom option.

Our apartments feature a self-contained kitchen, including a fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and cutlery/crockery to cater to six guests. Both the lounge and main bedroom in each apartment includes a large screen television with Wi-Fi also available.

Your own laundering facilities, with a washing machine and dryer in each apartment, as well as undercover, lock-up parking, for one car per apartment, will also add to the ease of your stay.

Upstairs apartments offer a small balcony with barbeque whilst the ground level apartments feature a courtyard and barbeque.
