Reviews:
'5/5 Comfortable, well equipped, great for a group. A very relaxed place to stay in a terrific location especially if you enjoy bush walks. Well equipped kitchen and it is fantastic to have linen provided at no extra charge. Makes for a very easy weekend escape from Sydney.' Diana Grey - Sydney.
'5/5 Girls weekend at Wentworth Falls. The property was great for a group of friends. Very comfortable and warm. Everything we needed for cooking and eating was provided. Easy access to the National Park.' Jeanette T
The chief attraction is the proximity to the walks. It is possible to get on to National Pass, Overcliff and Undercliff walks, and the Conservation Hut, from the front gate without setting foot on the road at all. The feel is very bushy, with the National Park boundary at the front of the property. Behind the house, the old Radiata pines dominate, giving a typical Blue Mountains atmosphere.
It's about 7 mins walk to the Falls lookout (by bush track or Falls Road) and 25 mins walk to the village and train station. Basic shops and a couple of quite good restaurants and cafes are to be found there. There is a greengrocer and a butcher. The German cake shop (Schwarz) has a good reputation. The nearest supermarket is Woolworths at Leura.
