Set back from the main street you will find yourself delightfully surprised when entering this residence with its concealed entrance up a flight of stairs. Be welcomed when opening the door to a rather spacious hallway with high ceilings. Polished timber floors throughout create a homely ambience.

As it is only across the road to Cooper Park it's great area for children or pets. This large apartment has 2 bedrooms: one with 2 single beds which can be joined to form a king size bed and the main bedroom a queen size bed.

There us a large full bathroom with bath and separate shower. The apartment has fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.

The spacious lounge is equipped with cable TV and 2 Futon sofas for flexible sleeping arrangements. The separate kitchen and dinning area leads onto a large back garden with BBQ and outdoor setting. This garden gets plenty of sun all year round and is very private.

This property is a15 minute walk away from the Chabad in Double Bay and the Synagogue in Bondi.

The acclaimed Bondi beach and Bondi Junction shopping centre is easily accessible from here. So close a leisurely stroll can get you there.

Bellevue Hill is right in the middle of double bay bondi junction and bondi beach which gives you 3 great destination that are close by. Bondi Junction shopping centre is just a stone throw away and is easily accessible by taxi, train, bus and so close even a leisurely stroll can get you there.

There is a huge Westfield Centre in Bondi with an array of boutiques, department stores and specialty shops. A huge Events Cinema which screens the latest release movies. From Bondi Junction you can easily catch a train or a bus into the CBD + Circular Quay or to Bondi Beach, Bronte Beach, Coogee or Paddington.

Down the Hill you will find Double Bay, where bars like Mrs Sippy, Pelicano and Vine are nestled among some of the older institutions such as the Royal Oak Hotel and The Golden Sheaf Hotel. There is a buzzing bar and cafe atmosphere in this area of Sydney.
