Montanya is an exquisite mountain holiday retreat, centrally located to Mount Beauty and surrounding North East tourist destinations including; Beechworth, Rutherglen, Yackandandah, Bright and Wangaratta. Tourists have the opportunity to explore the North East gourmet trail, hike to the top of Mount Feathertop and Mount Bogong, mountain bike or snow ski on one of the many snow fields or to glide over the magnificent North East valleys

Montanya is an ideal, all year around destination, featuring breathtaking views, home comforts and amenities provided to make this property 'your home away from home' . Balmy summer nights can be enjoyed admiring the beautiful mountain views, or swimming in the in-ground , salt chlorinated pool, complete with security pool fencing for tenant safety and parent peace of mind.

This property is ideal for small groups or families , up to eight . The spectacular mountain retreat will leave a satisfying and lasting holiday memory .

Montanya - Three Bedrooms

Montanya is equipped with two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the detached (pool fenced ) pool house. The main house provides a queen bed with pillows, doona , wall heating. and built in robes. The second bedroom has a double/single bunk, with doonas, pillows, wall heating and built in robes.

The detached, spacious pool house (third bedroom) has its own bathroom and has been fitted out with bedding (double/single bunk,) heating/air conditioning , drying room, bathroom, couch, TV/DVD, and secure pool fencing .

There are overhead fans, provided within the bedrooms within the main house and the pool house . Also provided is a porto -cot ,high chair and suitable bedding for young toddlers.
