Bellmere on Richards is a stunning and unique beautifully appointed holiday home located on five secluded acres that boast the peace and serenity of a rural lifestyle, yet only a short drive away from all local attractions and exciting activities within the Moreton Bay Region.
The home features a modern fully equipped gourmet kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and cooktop. Three spacious bedrooms boast luxury beds and bedding with all linen supplied, ceiling fans, built-in wardrobes, full length wall mirrors, extra pillows, reading lamps, clock/radios, built-in robes with full length mirrors, block out blinds and curtains.
The lounge/dining area has reverse cycle air conditioning, leather lounge suite and flat screen TV with Foxtel. Two beautiful bathrooms have quality inclusions with towels, bath mats, hair dryers, liquid hand and shower soap being provided. There is a lovely outdoor dining and barbecue area that overlooks the stunning acreage.
Explore the lovely gardens and acreage or sit back and watch the resident native wildlife such as kangaroos and the abundance of birdlife that frequent the property, while relaxing in the beautiful outdoors.

Pricing
Rates from 205 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 4:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 11:00:00 AM
- Bond: 400 AUD
- Up to 7 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 7 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Nightly Rate: $205.00 #3 night minimum stay for up to four (4) guests
Weekly Rate (7 nights): $1,250.00
Extra Guests (max 3): $50 per person per night
*We have an all-year round flat rate with no high or low season.

It is the guest's responsibility to have read and understood our terms & conditions before placing a deposit on our accommodation.
Booking Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
A tentative booking will be made for the dates you request (if available) for a period of 7 days, until a 50% deposit is paid.
After 7 days, if no deposit has been paid, the tentative booking will be cancelled.
A fully refundable Security Bond of $400 is required in addition to the deposit. This will be refunded within 5 working days 'after' check out, provided no damage or theft has occurred during the stay.
We do not generally charge a 'Cleaning Fee' provided the home is left in good and reasonable order. A short list of requirements before leaving the home are listed in our Guest Compendium.
Please Note: If excessive cleaning is required after guests leave, a '$100 Cleaning Fee' will be charged from the Security Deposit.
Payment can be made by Paypal, Bank Cheque or Direct Bank Deposit (account details provided on request).
Cancellation within 7 days of the first day of the booking will forfeit 50% of the deposit. The Security Bond will be refunded in any event. A cancellation fee of $25 applies to all refunds.
Deposit is not refundable for Public or School holidays, Christmas/New Year or Easter breaks unless we are able to secure another booking for the same period.
Full payment must be received 14 days prior to Check-in, except for the Christmas vacation period where the full payment must be received 30 days prior to check-in.
