Master bedroom & ensuite upstairs with queen bed with TV & ceiling fan.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 on the ground floor both have queen beds & ceiling fans.
4th bedroom is downstairs has 2 single beds plus fan. All 3 open onto the living area.
DLUG with internal access and ample space to store your surfboards etc.
Laundry in the garage with washer and dryer plus a bar fridge.

Opposite a large park with picnic tables and BBQ's for big family gatherings.
Only 7km's from our office in Kingscliff.
