Warra Cottage

"Warra" is a quaint and cosy cottage, in a quiet street offering beautiful views of the area. A short walk from Lake Wollumboola, & Warrain Beach or a little bit further to Culburra Beach, you can be assured of a perfect beach getaway. Culburra Beach has been our family's favourite holiday spot for over 40 years, let it become yours.

"Warra" is home to 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, a bathroom, kitchen, laundry and a large enclosed backyard. The driveway allows space for 2-3 cars & boat parking. Located within a 3 minute drive from the Culburra shops,

FEATURES:
The house offers 2 large spacious living areas, both with TV's and Blu-ray/DVD players, comfy lounges and plenty of space for family and friends to spread out and relax. Both living areas also include a dining area, 4p in the lounge room, 6p in the rumpus room. Air-conditioner/ heater and 3 pedestal fans in the lounge and dining room. The backyard is fully enclosed making it a great area for your pets and kids to run around, enjoying a game of backyard cricket or soccer, or at night star gaze at the Milky Way. Bring your BBQ


BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
The house sleeps a total of 9 people, 3 bedrooms - 1 queen, 3 singles, 1 bunk and 1 sofa bed, with more then enough space for everyone. All beds are fitted with electric blankets, cotton and woollen blankets and a quilt, additional blankets can be found in each room.

The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, with a secondary toilet off the rumpus room. There is also full laundry facilities - washer, dryer, iron & ironing board available.

In the kitchen, you will find a coffee plunger, fridge, freezer, stove, oven and microwave as well as various pots and pans, bowls, baking ware, crockery and cutlery. Everything you will need to fill those empty tummies after a long day enjoying the sunshine and sand.

Linen hire cost: $270 including 1 bath mat, 1 hand towel, 1 face washer, all sheets, all pillow cases & all towels
Extra Costs: $15 per bed for bed making
$8 per beach towel
$15 per small Housekeeping package including; tea towels, dish washing tablets, dish washing liquid, toilet paper, dish washing cloths, scourer & laundry powder.

There are pillows, blankets and quilts with covers on the beds.

An extra $20 call out fee will apply for last minute linen order after 12 noon on your arrival day.
