Description
We opened in May 2015, located in the heart of Derby, in beautiful North East Tasmania. Bro Town Cottage is a 2 bedroom, fully self-contained cottage, a stone's throw from the Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trails, on a large flat secure block. We are very family friendly and can cater for groups of up to 8. We are also happy for larger groups to camp within the grounds if the need arises. The River and Recreation ground are 2 mins away. Everything is within walking distance. Great value for money.
The Brothers Town Cottage is located next to the recreation ground, so there is plenty to keep everybody entertained. With access to a tennis court, basketball court and kids playground, nobody feels left out. The Cottage sits on a large, secure, flat block with plenty of room to park multiple cars and trailers. It is fully self-contained with an outdoor undercover deck to re-hydrate while cooking a BBQ, after the days riding. There is also a fire pot and outdoor undercover pergola with power and lighting. We have a safe and secure workshop, with plenty of bike storage, and a bike stands for repairs, on-site.

A double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. All bedding is supplied.
Fridays and Saturday would need to be booked together. Happy to negotiate though.
$155 per night for 2 people. Each additional Adult is $35 per night per person. Children under 2 stay free. Children 2-12 $25 per night each child. We will also consider your friends camping within the cottage gardens for a reduced nightly rate when they stay with you. Limited to small camping groups.
