Pricing
Rates from 600 AUD to 1,930 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 4:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 1,000 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No smoking - within apartment. Penalty will be loss of $1,000 bond
During winter however the premises are available from 4PM, check out is 10 AM. Failure to depart before 10AM on the day of departure will incur an extra charge of $200 if a late check out hasn't been arranged
The maximum number of persons permitted to occupy the booked premises will form part of the booking contract and will be nominated when you make your booking. Persons found occupying the premises over and above the number on the booking form will be charged automatically to the security deposit at $500 a day for the term of the booking.
