Rates from 380 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 10:00:00 AM
- Check-out before: 3:00:00 PM
- Bond: 500 AUD
- Up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 60 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

We require a minimum deposit of $500
Payment in full before arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your booking, your deposit is refundable, provided we are advised in writing of the cancellation more than 60 days prior to your arrival.
If cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit is only refundable if we are able to re-book the house.
Every effort will be made to re-book the house.
