Dolphin Sands is an idyllic, intimate Bed & Breakfast, situated in Huskisson at the heart of stunning Jervis Bay, NSW, well known for it's pristine white sand beaches and unique wildlife.
Exclusively for adults, Dolphin Sands is the perfect retreat for those wanting a break to recharge, celebrate an occasion or a memorable addition to your itinerary while visiting Australia. Set within peaceful private gardens, guests are welcome to enjoy the serene open-air dining and lounge area, where our locally sourced breakfast is served or choose to relax in one of our five spacious bedrooms.
The main street of Huskisson is within easy walking distance, where guests can explore the boutique shops and try the wonderful cafes and restaurants that Huskisson has to offer.
Dolphin Sands is the perfect base for those who want to enjoy all that Jervis Bay has to offer. From the famous white sands of Hyams Beach to paddle boarding, dolphin and whale watching cruises and walking trails of Booderee National Park, there are plenty of local activities to make your stay a memorable one.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Dolphin Sands Bed and Breakfast check-in is between 3.00pm and 5.00pm. If you plan to arrive later than this please email or phone ahead, with notice, so that easy alternative check in arrangements can be made. Ideally we would like to meet you at check-in so we can say 'hello' and share any local information you may need during your stay with us.
Our check-out time is 10.00am.
THE FINE PRINT
By making a booking with Dolphin Sands Bed and Breakfast you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Our Bed and Breakfast is not set up to cater for anyone under the age of 16 years. No pets are permitted.
Please note that each of our bedrooms sleep a maximum of two adults only.
Dolphin Sands Bed and Breakfast is a non-smoking property. This is for the comfort and safety of our guests and protection of our surroundings.
Car parking facilities are provided for guests. Guests are required to provide their vehicles registration number on arrival. Dolphin Sands Bed and Breakfast accepts no liability for any loss or damage which may result from a guests use of the car parking facilities. All such use is at the guests own risk. The availability of parking spaces cannot be guaranteed. Parking spaces are available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Please take care of our house. You are responsible and liable for any damages and breakages which you cause to the property or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur so that we can undertake any maintenance and repairs quickly. We do not normally charge for damages, but we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement if the damage is significant.
We reserve the right to charge for missing items.
Excessive cleaning requirements may attract an additional cleaning fee.
Lost keys will incur a fee for the replacement of the key and locks. Payment will be made by the credit card details provided.
We would like all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay with us. However, we do reserve the right to terminate your stay with us, without notice, if you act in a manner that is unlawful, causes wilful damage to our property or causes a nuisance to our neighbours or other guests. In these circumstances, no refund will be given and we will not be responsible for any losses you may incur.
We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf for the purposes of this booking. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by email (for example: to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).
Payment Policy
When making reservations guests will be required to provide identification information including but not limited to, name, address, contact telephone number and email address. These details will be required for all reservations.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount will be taken at the time of booking. The balance of payment is due on the day of arrival.
If your booking is made less than 7 days prior to your stay, payment in full will be required at the time of booking.
The following payment methods are accepted by Dolphin Sands Bed and Breakfast, credit card, direct deposit or cash settlement (Balance of payment on arrival).
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations after the time of booking will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellations within 7 days of the arrival date or 'no shows', will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking amount.
Dolphin Sands Bed and Breakfast will use all reasonable endeavours to make any changes to booking dates requested but gives no guarantee that all changes will be accommodated.
