The Downstairs flat consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. The flat & main house share a laundry. The Ideal Teenage retreat !!!! or perfect for the second family. Sleeps 4.
Only a short stroll to beaches of Vincentia such as Blenheim Beach & Nelson's Beach.

- Bond: 500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 123 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we can't find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Property is not to be used for weddings, parties, Engagements etc. If tenant is found having an unauthorised gathering this will result in agreement being terminated and tenant being asked to vacate premises immediately.
