Shalom is part of the Emu bay Holiday Homes complex. It is a self-contained house set at the back of the property, making it very private.
It offers uninterrupted views down of the stunning Emu Bay from the large patio area, lounge and main bedroom. Resident koalas love to frequent the trees next to Shalom.
It accommodates up to 8 people as follows:

Emu Bay Holiday Homes is situated on 5 acres with plenty of free space around each unit. Koalas often frequent the trees on the property as well as echidnas, kangaroos and wallabies coming for a drink. The bird life coming to the birdbaths in front of the units is every bird watchers dream .
Having a stroll to the top of the property gives you an amazing view over Emu Bay beach and surrounding farmlands. You can wander around the gardens enjoying the local wildlife and a 500 m walk gets you to the jetty and beach. The beach is a very safe swimming beach with 4 km's of hard white sand to go for a walk. It is one of the few beaches where you can drive your car onto the beach which makes it ideal for having a picnic on the beach.
The main town of Kingscote is a 15 minute drive from Emu Bay. There are no shops in Emu Bay, so collect your provisions in Kingscote before heading out.
Just before Emu Bay is the Emu Bay Lavender Farm that serves coffee, cocktails and lovely food between 9 am -5 pm daily and at the beach is a pop-up stall, Mini De Lights open on weekends.

- 1 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Displayed rates are for the mid season. Submit a booking request for OFF PEAK and LONG STAY discount rates. Peak season rates apply during school holidays, long weekends and other special events.

Extra guest is $22.00.
Emu Bay Holiday Homes is non-smoking indoors please. Smoking is permitted outside. Please use cigarette butt trays provided.
No pets are allowed on the property due to the abundance of local wildlife. Guide dogs are welcome by prior approval only. Please advise on booking.
The property is self catering. That means that it is expected that you will do a basic tidy up - all dishes need to be washed, DRIED and packed away. Rubbish put in outside bins please. Please switch off air conditioning and all other electrical appliances.
Please replace keys in the key box.
IF A UNIT IS LEFT IN A STATE THAT REQUIRES MORE THAN THE NORMAL CLEANING, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE CHARGED AT $40/HOUR.
