"The ideal place for those who love the river and river views, but prefer the peace of mind a fenced in area brings- spend the day down on the sandy beach, then retreat back to the home, enjoy a spectacular sunset and BBQ while the kids run off their spare energy on the lawn. this new home is situated on the river within the "Ridgeway private estate" between Morgan and Blanchetown.

A pleasant drive down between the fruit orchard sets the mood for a relaxing escape. the quiet location often means you have the river to yourself, there is a boat ramp 200meter from Little Haven. the home block is just on 2000sq meters, with a 30meter true river frontage. the property also has its own private ski beach.

Sleeping up to 10 adults, the home features the main bedroom with a kingsize bed and ensuite. The second room has a queen size bed, third bedroom with a queen size bed and a bunk bed and the last with a bunk bed. Bedrooms 1-3 all have views over the river, as does the living area.

The home has a large open plan living with river views, which leads out onto a large decked veranda area, completely enclosed with a balustrade, surrounded by a fenced lawn area. The home has reverse cycle ducted heating and cooling, CD player/iPod docking station, large plasma (TV reception all channels), DVD player and a number of board games.

Easter 2014 - $380 per night with a 4night minimum stay
New Years Week - $380 per night with a 7night minimum stay
A bond is required for all bookings.

Things to know about the house
Tenants Required to Bring: Food and Drink, Quilts and Covers, Pillows and Cases, Sheets
Linen is supplied for king size bed only, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ on deck.
There is a boat ramp about 200m From shack within estate.
The shack is on a septic system please use the bins provided in toilets. Only toilet paper is to be flushed.
The best phone reception is at the front of the decked area.
