The kitchen has a microwave, electric oven and fridge/freezer. In the lounge area is the reverse cycle air condition with large screen TV and dvd player. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Two bedrooms both with queens. Internal laundry and carport. The outdoor undercover area has a table and seat along with a gas bbq in small shed. Walk to Green Island and Manyana Beach and Bendalong General Store and Cafe are only a 2 minute drive from property.
