A bus stop is also close by. You can grab a bus to Clarkson Train St, and from here you can be in Perth CBD within 35 mins.

4 Bedrooms - Master with queen bed, bedroom 2 with queen bed and both bedrooms 3 & 4 have 2 single beds in each. The property can sleep up to 8 guests in comfort.

The bathrooms and kitchen were renovated in May 2017

The property also boosts air conditioning throughout, Wi Fi, Netflix and a pool table for your enjoyment.

Strictly NO SMOKING INSIDE THE PROPERTY. This is totally against our terms and conditions.

We ask that you respect the home at all times, and when leaving the property leave it as clean as you found it. We do not expect you to do the last minute washing of sheets and towels.

Group gatherings/parties are NOT allowed at this property.

Catch a bus to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre Clarkson or stay on the bus for a little bit longer and get off at Clarkson Train Station and from here you can be in Perth CBD within 35 minutes. The bus stop is less than 100 meters from Mindarie Villa.
