-California Dreaming-
Dreaming of sun drenched palms and a splash of colour? Then this is the house for you - where retro styling meets contemporary beach house in an eclectic mix. Located near the ocean beach of Blairgowrie and only a short drive to the bay beach, this property is the ideal place to base yourself for a summer beach holiday, or winter escape.

Surrounded by a lovely bush garden, this newly renovated property sits comfortably within the landscape with it's charcoal exterior and crisp white woodwork. However, on opening the front door into the dining area, a surprising burst of colour awaits. Green banana palm wallpaper, an adjacent peach coloured wall and mid-century modern furniture brings Palm Springs instantly to the peninsula.

-Living Areas-
On entering the house, you will find yourself in the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with a difference. The glass dining table has comfortable seating for 6, allowing for unhurried meals with family and friends. There are plenty of conversation starters to get you going... start with the amazing light fitting above the table and move on from there.

The kitchen, in contrast to all the colour, is white with marble and timber highlights and has everything you could possibly need should you wish to cook. There is also a small breakfast bar with 3 stools. For the coffee lover, there is a coffee machine, BYO coffee pods.

Next to the dining area is a sunken lounge, accessed by five steps down from the dining area. To keep the area open, there is glass balustrading between the dining area and lounge. Complete with wood fire and 60" TV, the lounge is a great space to chill out, with lovely views of the front bush garden. And with Netflix, Foxtel and a DVD Player, you can't possibly be bored. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner in the dining room and ducted heating to the entire house.

The bedrooms will give you your next dose of colour, with each room quite different. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a gorgeous feature blue wallpaper and is styled with splashes of jade and yellow. The room looks out onto the back deck and has an ensuite and walk in robe. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed but is very different with a bright pink feather feature wallpaper, styled with splashes of orange. A built in desk here could be useful for getting rid of that tiresome work/homework that you just can't escape or a quiet place for some good old fashioned colouring in (Tried those adult colouring in books? Great for mindfulness!). The third bedroom with feature green cacti wallpaper, overlooks the back deck and has a king single bed with trundle. The trundle here is only suitable for a child as there is limited space to pull it out.

The main bathroom is in contrast to the splashes of colour throughout the rest of the house. Decorated in a calming contemporary style with white marble, blonde timber and black tapware, it is designed with relaxation in mind. Have a soak in the beautiful freestanding bath, close your eyes and perhaps drift off for some California Dreaming, or simply unwind in peace.

The ensuite has a colourful geometric feature tiled wall in keeping with the eclectic theme of the rest of the house.

The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board and a rack for drying.

-Outdoor Living-
The backyard has a good size undercover decking complete with BBQ and dining table with seating for 8. A great place to enjoy a family BBQ or to watch the kids running around on the lawn and bouncing on the trampoline.

If the beach is more your style, then there's an outdoor shower to wash off the sand and salt after a long day at the beach or a walk through the shallows.

There is space for 1 car to park under the carport and another 2 in the driveway.
