Located in a quiet cul de sac, this two storey, five bedroom house with swimming pool and large front and back lawns is perfect for a large family or two families to share. The property is completely secure and offers Wifi, Smart Tv , Air conditioning and Fans.
Huge open plan living/dining/kitchen is found upstairs with bi-fold doors leading to large deck with bbq, outdoor dining and panoramic bay views. Open plan area is air conditioned and heated.
Kitchen has all modern appliances, with Island Bench + four stools, pantry and coffee machine. Living area has couches, gas fireplace and large fans. Dining seats up to 12 people.
There is a separate TV room with Plasma Smart TV with Foxtel and Netflix. Master Bedroom and Ensuite, and another Powder room is located upstairs.
Downstairs entrance level has four large bedrooms, family bathroom, kids living/play room and access to huge front lawn, large back lawn and gated swimming pool. Back lawn has soccer goals, kids trampoline and tree house with slide. Swimming pool captures Sun all day and has lounges and umbrella with stand.
Bed Linen and Bathroom towels provided.
Beach towels will be available but owner requests that guests have these washed, dried and left folded at end of stay.
Location of house is just a 2 minute drive to Mt Martha Village and South Beach or 15 minute walk.

Pricing
Rates from 1,200 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 2,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 200 AUD
- Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No party/function.
BBQ must be left clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
Strictly no pets permitted without the express prior approval from the owner. There is a $1000 penalty if pets are brought to the property without permission from us. There must be no signs left of the pet inside or outside when you leave if you gain permission to bring pets.
No parties are to be held during your stay. Music must not disturb neighbours. The definition of a party is large numbers of people over and above those stated on the rental application, or loud music which may be disturbing to the neighbours bond forfeiture will apply.
Strictly no smoking indoors a fee of $1000 will apply if signs of smoking inside has occured. Any signs left of smoking outside will also incur a fee of $200. Make sure there are no butts left outside !!
