5 bedroom, 2 storey house perfect for 2 families.
Set up for both adults and kids to enjoy together as well as separately when needed.
As you enter the house on the ground level there is an informal lounge/sitting room and kids play area opening to kids courtyard. The hallway then opens to a large open plan kitchen/dining area. The Kitchen has an island bench with 3 stools, butlers kitchen with 2nd stove, pantry, all modern appliances including coffee machine. Dining Table seats 8. There is a full size billiards table with pool and snooker balls. This area also houses a wine and beer fridge.
Billiards Room opens to a large outdoor undercover deck with outdoor dining, lounges, stools, ceiling fan and large BBQ. There is a new solar heated swimming pool which is security gated. Deck also opens to lawn area and sperate above ground Spa which is also security gated. The spa can run at 36-38 degrees every day.
The ground floor also features a theatre room with leather couch and large flat screen smart tv, with surround sound speakers. There is a Full Foxtel package, Netflix, Optus Sport and Blue Ray Dvd available in Theatre.
There is a bedroom and vanity downstairs.
Upstairs is a further 4 bedrooms and another childrens play area with games
The whole house offers ducted air conditioning and heating.
There is wifi (NBN), foxtel and off street parking.
Baby gates on stairs, high chairs and portacots are available but need to be applied for at time of enquiry/booking availability

Pricing
Rates from 1,200 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 2,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 200 AUD
- Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No party/function.
BBQ must be left clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
Strictly no pets permitted without the express prior approval from the owner. There is a $1000 penalty if pets are brought to the property without permission from us. There must be no signs left of the pet inside or outside when you leave if you gain permission to bring pets.
No parties are to be held during your stay. Music must not disturb neighbours. The definition of a party is large numbers of people over and above those stated on the rental application, or loud music which may be disturbing to the neighbours bond forfeiture will apply.
Strictly no smoking indoors a fee of $1000 will apply if signs of smoking inside has occured. Any signs left of smoking outside will also incur a fee of $200. Make sure there are no butts left outside !!
