Large Riverfront House
This large 2 storey river-front home is situated 10 minutes from the township of Morgan. With a boat ramp 200 metres up-stream and with no public ski areas or ramps, you will practically have the place to yourself! This house sleeps 13-15, with 4 spacious bedrooms.
Upstairs Features:
Main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, reverse cycle air-conditioner and overlooks the river onto your own balcony through a large sliding door. Second bedroom features a double bed & single bed with a ceiling fan also overlooking the river. The third bedroom has a double bed with air-conditioner.
There is also a bunk area that sleeps six with a ceiling fan. There is a large lounge room with dining table & chairs. Also features TV, DVD, Video, CD player, reverse-cycle air-conditioning opening to a large balcony. There is also a modern shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Downstairs Features:
There is a fourth bedroom that has a lounge which opens out to a double bed. This room also has a TV in it. The kitchen features reverse-cycled air-conditioner, is fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils & cutlery, dishwasher, double sink, large fridge/freezer, separate bar fridge, microwave, oven, hotplates, bread-maker, sandwich-maker, toaster, kettle, TV and stereo. This room overlooks the River. Other downstair features include a shower and toilet, laundry with modern washing machine & trough.
Linen can be supplied if required. A cleaner is also available if required.
Outdoor Features:
Undercover balconies both front & back. Outdoor setting with large table & extra chairs, TV, BBQ & clothesline. There are water-proof carpets to put on the bank and into the water for boats. Excellent large lawned area for relaxing. The block is huge! Can have campfires, during appropriate seasons.
Morgan:
The township of Morgan is approximately 5 kilometres away. The town has 2 hotels, takeaway stores, bakery, supermarket, hardware store, general store as well as two petrol stations providing almost any needs.

$220 per night off peak with a 2 night minimum stay
$350 per night for Peak with a 2 night minimum stay
$400 per night for Summer with a 5 night minimum stay
$400 per night for long weekends with a 3 night minimum stay. (excluding January long weekend - please see Summer rate)
$450 for Easter with a 4 night minimum stay & New Years Eve with a 7 night minimum stay.
