At Glenhope Bed and Breakfast you can choose from the Garden Suite (studio accommodation with extra bedroom) or the luxurious Conservatory Suite with a king sized bed.

Note: Breakfast provisions are an extra $10/person and consists of cereals including a homemade muesli, fresh fruit and yogurt, fresh homemade bread and jams. juice, eggs and tea and coffee.

The Conservatory Suite is attached to the breakfast room and living space which can be used exclusively for guests who wish to self cater. It consists of a microwave/convection oven, small refrigerator and two hotplates. The kitchenette is well equipped with all crockery and cooking utensils.

*The Garden Suite is a studio with a queen bed plus a small adjoining room with a single bed and a trundle if required. The en-suite is small (2400mm x 900 mm) and has a step up to the shower so it may not be suitable for some guests. The Conservatory Suite with a larger bathroom may be a better option for some people. There is an extra toilet in the Garden Suite.
The Conservatory Suite has a king bed that can be divided into two single. The single option needs to be requested at time of booking.
Dogs and other domestic animals are not permitted on either property without prior arrangement. This is for their own safety and the safety of local wildlife and farm animals.
Check in time is 2pm or as otherwise arranged and checkout time is 10:00am on the date shown for your departure unless otherwise arranged. Departure after that time may incur additional charges. Please discuss your needs with us. We will accommodate them wherever possible.
At the completion of your stay, it is your responsibility to leave the premises in a clean and tidy manner as per when you arrived. It is our right to charge an excess cleaning fee if the premises are not in accordance with this request at the time you vacate.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas using the applicable smokers butt trays. Smoking is NOT permitted at any time inside any of our properties. An extra cleaning fee applies if smoke contamination occurs during your stay.
