Sea Renity is a large family holiday house located in Old Erowal Bay, Jervis Bay with only 5 minutes from the beautiful sandy shores of Jervis Bay, 10 minutes from the Booderee National Park, world famous Hyams Beach, whale and dolphin watching, stand up paddle boarding and kayaking. Major shopping centres are just 5 minutes away. Sea Renity has a four large bedrooms, an open plan living/dining area flowing out on to the back patio area, fully equipped kitchen and a 3 way bathroom. This home also features an external laundry with an additional shower. WIFI is included here for your stay!
Sea Renity is spacious throughout, each bedroom has all linen provided to make your stay much more relaxing and enjoyable. Enjoy an afternoon BBQ on the back patio listen to the native birds or the kangaroos which visit while the kids enjoy a play in the backyard. The fourth bedroom can also be used as a kids area / second living space as it features a TV with wii and games.
There is a bike path which you can either walk or ride all the way into Huskisson along, be spoiled for choice with all the local cafes, restaurants and clubs. Enjoy a visit to the heritage cinema or have a go at some water sports and recreational activities, hire your gear at one of the hire shops or book a whales watch/ dolphin watch or extreme adventure with one of the local tour guides.

- Cleaning Fee: 327 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we cant find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
