$15 per small Housekeeping package including; tea towels, dish washing tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, dishwashing cloths, scourer & laundry powder

Pricing
Rates from 259 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 400 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 215 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
- Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
- Pets are not permitted unless specifically noted in your booking and paid for where applicable.
- Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
- All holiday properties are strictly no smoking areas.
- If your BBQ gas bottle runs out of gas there are exchange depot's locally, please supply the receipt for a full refund.
- No Commercial activity is to take place at the property.
- Tents, caravans and other structures are not to be erected.
- The price of the booking is subject to change, if there is a change in price you will be notified and offered the opportunity to pay any tariff increase or a full refund.
- Linen (being sheets and pillowcases, tea towels or towels) are not provided unless otherwise stated;
Cancellation Policy - booking and admin fees, extras and linen hire charges are non-refundable. Deposits are only refundable when the property can be rebooked (pro rata if applicable)
- Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
- Booking guest must be 18 years of age.
This agreement is between the owner and the guests, you agree and acknowledge that Coastal Properties Reality is not party to the contractual relationship between you and the property owner.
