Recently built in Oct 2015, this designer barn style farm house has a fabulous feel, no matter what the season. Spring through Autumn presents a massive deck sporting lounges, shade umbrellas, bbq facilities and dining table for 10 and dont forget the views down the valley, stunning.
Access to the deck isnt via a poky door. Absolutely not! Fold back the 10 mtrs of glass doors and experience what indoor / outdoor living is really about.
Come Winter, watch the morning fog flood the valley or snuggle up by the fire and sample your purchases from the local wineries.
Accommodation is for up to 8 adults. Two large private bedrooms (one with en-suite), each with Queen size beds. The bunkroom adds another four king size bunks enabling even the 190cm + kids to have a great nights sleep. If they are younger, theyll just love the funky set up and their own TV room, all with online access to Netflix and movies.
The kitchen boasts a large marble bench top with seating for 6 the guests can chat with the hosts whilst meals are being prepared. No sinks or dirty dishes, theyre on an adjacent bench top. Two fridges and dishwashers round out the entertainers dream kitchen.
Something more formal? Try the dining table which comfortably seats 10.
No city mansion or marble palazzo, this house just has a great country & beach feel with indoor / outdoor living and amazing views. You cant help but feel relaxed.

--LOCAL ATTRACTIONS--
Shoreham is in the heart of the Mornington Peninsulas wine country, next to Red Hill, Main Ridge, Merricks and Flinders. Rolling hills with rows and rows of vines dominate the landscape. Throw in some olive farms and black Angus and the region really is quite farmy. Restaurants, wineries and produce markets are all here, giving you the best selection of culinary offerings. If you like golf, there is an abundance of first class courses. Feel like a swim, head down to one of the many nearby beaches surf or bay.
All this within a 10 minute drive!
There are 41 local wineries with restaurants attached, including Montalto, TGallant, Ten Minutes by Tractor, Tucks Ridge, Port Phillip Estate, Stoniers, Pier 10, Polperro, Foxeys Hangout, Red Hill Estate, Yabby Lake, and Paringa Estate.
A further 26 wineries with cellar door sales include Ocean Eight and Willow Creek.

Pricing
Rates from 800 AUD to 1,000 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 3:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 2,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 200 AUD
- Up to 90 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental
- 90 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
No party/function.
BBQ must be left clean otherwise an additional cleaning fee of $60 will be charged.
Strictly no pets permitted without the express prior approval from the owner. There is a $1000 penalty if pets are brought to the property without permission from us. There must be no signs left of the pet inside or outside when you leave if you gain permission to bring pets.
No parties are to be held during your stay. Music must not disturb neighbours. The definition of a party is large numbers of people over and above those stated on the rental application, or loud music which may be disturbing to the neighbours bond forfeiture will apply.
Strictly no smoking indoors a fee of $1000 will apply if signs of smoking inside has occured. Any signs left of smoking outside will also incur a fee of $200. Make sure there are no butts left outside !!
