Anchorage Waters has one of the best locations - you can walk everywhere! It's just 600 metres to Cavill Avenue, 400 metres to Surfers Paradise Beach, and 250 metres to the Surfers tram stop.

The house accommodates up to 20 adult guests and four small children in seven en-suite bedrooms (two downstairs), all with flat-screen televisions. There are eight generous bathrooms, a large pool and heated eight seater spa, an alfresco entertaining area with barbecue and lawn area, open plan interior with pool table, dining and lounge with Foxtel channels, an additional lounge with Foxtel, a fully equipped chefs kitchen, ducted air-conditioning, and WiFi throughout. There is parking for four cars.
Cots, highchairs, and stair gates are all provided free of charge, making it easy to stay with children.
Crabbing or fishing can be enjoyed from the private pontoon, and kayaks are provided so you can explore the waterways.
This is an idyllic, tranquil location, just minutes away from the glitz and glam of Surfers Paradise.
Anchorage Waters has a strict no party and no function policy. The property is not available to groups of singles or schoolies.

Our waterfront entertaining area is the ideal place to sip a cold glass of wine & enjoy your friends company while your kids play in the pool in your full view.
Total relaxation awaits, recline on the sun loungers while you read & soak up the sun enjoying total peace and calmness, overlooking the water. For something different why not rent a water taxi to take you to dinner at Marina Mirage, maybe a boat charter to swim or snorkel at Stradbrook Island or head to Sanctuary Cove for lunch at one of the many fabulous restaurants. It's all on your doorstep when staying at Anchorage Waters.
Guests may like to explore the Gold Coast by bicycle or the waterways, in the kayaks/bicycles provided. We have two kayaks that can take two adults each. Kayak to Budds Beach for breakfast at Bumbles or book a kayak lesson for the whole family and explore the local waterways. So everyone can paddle together, we supply life jackets.
You may like to fish from the Nerang river (basic fishing tackle provided). Catch Bream or Whiting from your "back yard" or just sit and sip cocktails while taking in the stunning Surfers skyline from the pool area or the river front.
Mud crabs are frequently caught. BBQ your catch at the end of the day. Enjoy your own salt water pool
Shop at the various boutiques, dine at fine restaurants, or have a go at jet ski-ing, water ski-ing, & wake boarding in the canals.
All Theme Parks are a short drive away and discounted attraction passes can be provided.

Unfortunately not everyone is on holidays and neighbors must attend work and school. We ask that you respect the amenity of the area day/night and move indoors from 10pm to minimize disruption.
SECURITY GUARDS WILL ATTEND IF THERE ARE CALLS FROM NEIGHBORS REGARDING NOISE. WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY POLICY Should security be called a $200 fee will apply. If disruption continues and security are called a 2nd time and/or police attend the property eviction may occur with full loss of accommodation and bond.
