The apartment will normally accommodate six but can fit up to eight people comfortably if you order the two extra beds at the time of booking. That is less than $50 per person per night and is much less expensive than rates for a hotel room that has none of the benefits that a luxury apartment can offer.

At Apartment 1312, the master bedroom features a king-sized bed, private balcony, TV, walk-in wardrobe and a large en suite bathroom with granite finishes and a full-size jacuzzi tub. This room also has its own private balcony.

The second and third bedrooms each have two single beds as well as built-in wardrobes. The third bedroom has direct access to the main balcony.

All bedrooms have ocean views and are fully carpeted. The main bathroom features a bathtub, shower, toilet and hand basin. Apartment 1312 also has a small powder room off the entry that features a toilet and hand basin for visitors.

The Surfers Paradise accommodation at the Chevron Renaissance building is known for providing ultimate comfort and this is what you will experience throughout Apartment 1312. The lounge area has polished wooden floors and comfortable sofas for your relaxation.

There is the flat screen TV with free unlimited Foxtel, DVD player and sound system for your viewing and listening pleasure. The dining area, with seating for six is between the living area and the kitchen. Main balcony access is available from the third bedroom and the living area.

Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors lead to the balcony providing spectacular views of the beaches and Pacific Ocean that you can enjoy all day and night.

The views from the 31st floor are breathtaking. You can watch the sunrise or sunset from the comfort of your private balcony high above Surfers Paradise. Linen, sheets and towels are all supplied and laundry facilities are available within the apartment.

A sprinkler system and smoke detectors are installed in all apartments in case of emergency. Residents have access to the security intercom and private lifts. All doors are fitted with internal chain locks for added safety. Parking spaces are covered and the entire resort is secured.
