Apartment 313 is a 3 bedroom apartment (with 2 bathrooms) that offers great value. The apartment offers spacious Surfers Paradise accommodation which is designed for six guests but can easily fit eight people if needed. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom has its own TV, split-system air-conditioner and direct access to the main balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has one single bed. Both the second and third bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and direct balcony access. If you need an extra bed, you can request a foldaway bed at the time of booking.

The main bathroom in the apartment features a bathtub, shower, separate toilet and hand basin that doubles as a powder room for visitors. The en-suite bathroom off the main bedroom has a shower, toilet and vanity basin. Both bathrooms have quality granite finishes.
