Our bright, quiet and beautifully presented one bedroom home sits just a short 300 metre stroll from Coogee beach. Go for a walk along the coast, grab a drink at the famous Coogee Pavillion or get involved in yoga with a view at beautiful Wylie's Baths, all before coming home to your cosy, modern apartment.
Our apartment offers onsite parking as well as its own separate entry and is just a stone's throw from buses into the city.
The property is newly furnished and contains everything you need for a wonderful stay. While the neighbourhood is spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, the fully equipped kitchen gives you the option of cooking at home if the mood takes you. The double sofa bed in the lounge is super comfy, making the property perfect for up to 4 people. With the beach just down the road and buses at the doorstep, you won't need a car to get around but, if you do have one, you can take advantage of free onsite parking. We want you to enjoy our home as much as we do and have included little touches of luxury (such as superior linens and goose down pillows) to make your stay a memorable one.
You have access to the entire apartment as well as the building's sunny communal courtyard, which includes a clothes-line.
For your convenience we have installed a new washing machine in the laundry room for your use - please make yourself at home!
The onsite parking is unallocated, which means it is available on a first-come-first-serve basis. On the off chance that all spaces are taken, there are usually plenty of spots available on the streets surrounding the property.
The second bed is located in the lounge room and is a new double-sized sofa bed with a fully sprung mattress.

While the apartment is external to the main building, having its own external entrance allowing our guests plenty of privacy, we ask that all our guests please kindly respect other neighbours.
No smoking in the apartment or common areas. No parties. No pets.
All guests have free usage and access to the property's Wired and/or WiFi Internet, local as well as national phone and fax calls (if applicable) during their stay however, guests may not use our services to view or download any unlawful or illegal material.
If any guest is found to have used our services to view or download any unlawful or illegal material, they are responsible for any costs or action taken by any Law Enforcement Agencies.
Guests may not use the property for any illegal or unlawful purposes.
- If you leave any items behind by accident, we are happy to post them back to you. However, will need to compensate our housekeepers for the postage fee and their time.
- Please make sure that keys are put back in the lockbox so the housekeeper will have access to the property and as I will be charged $30 for the delayed access which might be relayed to you.
