Enter the apartment and on the right side of the passageway youll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and ceiling fan. Windows along the east and north side of the apartment let in an abundance of light and are dressed with plantation shutters to block out the sun if desired.
Off this bedroom is an en-suite bathroom with a large glass enclosed shower recess.
The second bedroom and bathroom are on the opposite side of the hallway, also complete with a ceiling fan and plantation shutters.
The bathroom features a full length bath tub with overhead shower, as well as a European style enclosed laundry with separate Bosch washing machine and dryer.
Continue down the hallway and you come to the spacious kitchen with ample marble top bench space. The kitchen comes with five burner gas stove, Bosch electric oven and wall mounted microwave. There is also a Fisher and Paykel double door refrigerator.

The apartment provides off street (tandem) parking, or if youll be using public transport, the number 225 bus stops right out the front of the building on Milson Road and will take you into Sydneys CBD (Downtown). Alternatively, the new Cremorne Point Ferry Wharf is nine minutes walk down to the end of Milson Road, where you can catch a ferry across the harbour to Circular Quay, one of Sydneys major public transport hubs.
