- Up to 5 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 5 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
HOUSE RULES

- If there are complaints on noise you may be asked to leave.
- Offensive noise and anti-social behaviour is prohibited.
- Apartment and common areas of the building are strictly non-smoking.
- Please return any moved furniture to it's original position.
- Keeping the unit tidy and cleaning up after your stay by emptying your rubbish as you leave will be greatly appreciated.
-Please use the face wipes provided to remove makeup and not use the towels.
CANCELLATION
Cancel up to 5 days before check in and get a full refund (minus service fees). Cancel within 5 days of your trip and the first night is non-refundable, but 50% of the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded. Service fees are refunded when cancellation happens before check in and within 48 hours of booking.
