$1000 cash bond or credit card authorisation is to be provided to cover any loss, damage or breakages and additional services as required by the guest. Charges will be applied to the security deposit/credit card to cover these costs where warranted, after your departure. Please note: Keys cannot be handed over without a security deposit.
Cancellation by guest money paid is not refundable if cancelled by guest, unless the property is re-let for the entire period. In this instance the guest will be refunded the number of nights the property is re-booked for up to the value of the original booking less $220.00 administration fee, this will also apply in times of Death and all efforts will be made to re book the property.
