From the moment you enter the front door, you will feel at home with the timber floors leading through to the air conditioned lounge room, dining area and kitchen. The downstairs lounge room and bedroom opens up onto the pool & outdoor BBQ area.

The property is spacious with high ceilings throughout.

Downstairs has a large bedroom with a queen bed and a separate bathroom, making this ideal for grandparents, your nanny or a combined family holiday and is also wheelchair friendly.

The pool is on the northern aspect which makes this the perfect place all year round. From the poolside area there is the upstairs lounge room that houses a single bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite with its own balcony overlooking the pool. There are two other bedrooms on this level with ducted air conditioning and another bathroom.

Enjoy a lovely walk along the white sandy beaches to the Salt village which includes a variety of retail stores, a tavern, cafes, restaurants, day spas and hair salons to indulge in. Kingscliff central is a short stroll north further along the beach where the Cudgen creek meets Dreamtime beach.

The property is fully self-contained excluding personal items such as soap, toilet paper, laundry powder etc. Departing guests must leave the property clean & tidy by 10am which includes removing rubbish from the property, washing and drying all dishes, emptying and cleaning of the refrigerator, oven/griller, microwave and of course do not forget the BBQ!!

There are great places to party in town, but no parties or functions permitted at the property in consideration of our neighbours. Noise complaints will result in loss of your security deposit & on the spot eviction.

The Gold Coast theme parks are approximately 40 minutes drive north and Byron Bay only 40 minutes south. Kingscliff on the Tweed Coast is becoming the hottest holiday destination, come and see what the fuss is about!
