The top floor has ocean views, a living area and the master suite, complete with walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a spa bath. There is also a separate powder room for your guests. Sit on the front balcony and take in the fresh ocean air & cook up a BBQ for the family.

The ground floor is home to another 2 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed serviced by a main bathroom downstairs also has a bath and separate toilet making it perfect for families or friends.

There is also another lounge with an outdoor sitting area leading onto the fully fenced, grassed lawn, making this a fabulous pet friendly holiday home. A double automatic lock up garage is accessible from the laneway and has a separate laundry area and an outside shower. This property is fantastic and pets are welcome with respect for this special privilege (pet levy also applies).

PETS
In the case of Pet friendly accommodation, a charge of $120 is applicable per animal, for the duration of the stay.

Please note: Linen (sheets, pillow cases, bath mats, hand towels, bath/beach towels & tea towels) is not included. Pillows, mattress protectors and blankets/doonas are supplied.
