Josephs Coat Studios Villas is a small unique, boutique hotel with 8 studio rooms. It is very colorful with rooms of many colors, so hence the name. Each room has a double bed, with good quality linen, flat screen TV, fan, air conditioning, small fridge, ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped to cook basic meals tea and coffee. Your balcony is perfect for catching up on reading, study or just checking your emails and watching the day go by! Take a swim in the shared, sparkling saltwater pool, relax on the sunbeds or recline in the Balinese bale. Josephs Coat is situated in the very quiet part of Sanur so you get to feel the village life of Sanur with rice paddies just outside the secure complex.

A weekly maid service to freshen up your linen and clean your room is also included. It is ideal for short or long term stays for teachers, divers, Reiki workshops, study groups or a quiet getaway for couples or individuals. The surrounding area is very local and perfect for meeting many of the local people as well as other tourists. You will be able to find plenty of eating options for local Indonesian food which is delicious and inexpensive. Taxis and bikes are the best way to get around and the complex is just 10 minutes walk to the main street of Sanur. The beach is a 20 min walk.

Guest access:
You can access the property by foot, by motor bike, push bike or car. Easy walking distance to the main street of Sanur where you will find many restaurants, bars , salons and boutiques.

Interaction with guests:
We will check you in and make sure you have everything you need for your stay. We are on hand by phone if you need help or in an emergency. Our housekeeping staff are on site during the day along with the gardener and pool man. Otherwise, you are left alone to enjoy yourself and explore Bali. You can always phone us if you need any assistance.

Other things to note:
We do stipulate that if you are arriving after 5pm we need to organise our drivers to pick you up. This way we can guarantee your safe arrival at the villa rather than take a taxi whose driver will not know where to find the villa. This will cost an additional $25 per car for four people including luggage. Guests will need to notify us of their flight details and arrival time into Bali.
