Rates from 200 AUD to 220 AUD per night
- Check-in after: 2:00:00 PM
- Check-out before: 11:00:00 AM
- Bond: 500 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 50 AUD
- Up to 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 14 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Tariffs are for 2 persons, additional persons are $40.00 per night.
This is a non smoking residence, a $300 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs.
