Bright and sunny new cottage on two levels situated in peaceful serene country setting only 5 minutes to Byron Bay. Breathtaking country and ocean views to Lennox Head are viewed from inside and from balcony. Upper level has beautiful hardwood floors, kitchen, lounge with Queen size sofa pull out bed, TV and DVD player, dining area and balcony. Lower level has beautiful polished concrete floors and bedroom with option of either a King size bed or two single beds.

Due to bedding configuration, this property is best suited for 2 adults and 2 children, however it can accommodate 4 adults.

Please note that the main house, Aloha Ohana Nui, is located adjacent to the cottage on the same property.

Group restrictions - maximum of 2 adults at the property unless otherwise approved directly with us.
Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information.
No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings.
Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be arranged directly with us. Additional fees and T&C's apply.
No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted.
No smoking inside the property.
If dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12-night min stay applies, unless otherwise approved directly with us.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond.

There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.

All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee.
The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
