Featuring a GINBAR at the rear of the home - BYO GIN - This holiday home will not disappoint!

On your doorstep: Waters of St Georges Basin, and your own personal GIN BAR! Caravan decked out to enjoy the lazy afternoons with a drink to soak up the view, or just to sit back relax and read a book.

Living: Open plan living area in the main house with TV opening up onto the back deck, also an additional TV in the bunk house. Plenty of board games and books provided for your stay as well.
Heating / Cooling: Reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the lounge room in the main house and also reverse-cycle air-conditioning in the bunk house. Ceiling fans in the two bedroom located in the main house.
Bathroom: Main house - Shower, Vanity and Toilet. Bunk house - Shower, Vanity and Toilet.
Laundry: Washing Machine - located in garage.
Outdoors: Covered outdoor area with outdoor setting and huge enclosed yard.
Parking: Plenty of off street parking at the property.

Sanctuary On The Water is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels.

Sanctuary On The Water does supply free Wi-Fi for your stay however we cannot guarantee the reliability of the network.
SECURITY BOND
A security bond of $500 must be paid on all reservations prior to your arrival.

- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

Note: Owner's Booking Fee is included in Cleaning fee.
If the booking is cancelled prior to two months before the date of arrival a fee of $37 will be charged along with the $37 booking fee and any other booking fees occurred from third-party sites. If the booking is cancelled within two months of arrival you forego the whole amount if we cant find another tenant to occupy this property for the time you have booked. If we do find another tenant then 15% of the rent will be charged as a cancellation fee.
