Villa Sajak is a beautiful designer loft-villa which includes all the services you will need during your stay in Bali. This spacious 5 bedrooms villa is nestled in a beautiful valley of Umalas, offering stunning rice field views as well as gorgeous sunsets. 10 mins from busy Seminyak ; 5 mins from famous Canggu beach, the location is ideal and offers peace and comfort.

Huge living room (120 m2) with fully equipped opened kitchen both over looking your private pool, tropical lush garden andrice fields. Get an authentic feel of the real Bali with this villa, but with high standard comfort.

Built by an Australian architect, this villa offers big volumes and an extraordinary view of Balinese rice fields but also all the comfort of modern houses with Cable TV, DVD, flat screen TV in all 5 bedrooms and a special 3D TV in the master bedroom (including hard drive with more than a 100 blockbusters movies).

All bedrooms are fitted with hotel quality mattresses, pillows and linen. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Perfectly set up to accommodate 10 people very comfortably sleeping arrangements can be arranged previously to suit your group. The kitchen is very large (35 m2) and all open to the living area, it is also fully equipped and a very pleasant place to cook dinner or have a cook on demand to come and prepare you nice dinners. Kitchen includes American fridge as well as wine fridge.

Our Staff will be ready every morning to prepare your breakfast and make your stay the more agreeable possible. Villa includes 2 maids, 3 gardeners and pool maintenance, there is also night time security.
Moreover it also comes with your choice of a 7-seater car or 4 motorbikes.

Villa Sajak also has a pool table, as well as a Gym room all over-looking your private pool as well as.the beautiful rice fields of Bali. Villa Sajak is also equipped with a Generator in case of power failure from city.

We also have to mention the barbecue area, with a large table on the outside terrace as well as a upstairs private terrace, ideal for sunset drinks or yoga in the early mornings it is actually extremely peaceful and invites for meditation. The sunset in front of the villa, on top of the rice fields and it is quite a magical hour to experience.

The villa is located on Jalan Bumbak / Umalas, which is between Seminyak and Canggu, hence very close from the main center with shops and famous restaurants, yet just far enough to find peace and quiet once you reach home. Its a 5 mn drive to Seminyak and a 10 mn drive to the beaches of Canggu or Brawa. Also 10mn drive to get to the Canggu Club with its tennis courts, splash park, gym, bowling alley, bounce area, not to mention the gym, restaurants and cafes.

GUEST ACCESS
This spacious villa offers a large garden where we can set-up a badminton net, a big pool, some gym equipment, a pool table as well as a football and ping pong table ready for your entertainment. The fifth bedroom is a self contained very cute studio apartment located on top of the garage. The villa includes its own lounge area, kitchenette as well as bathroom. Our guests have access to the whole property.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport to take you to our villa. Upon arrival, we will be here to welcome you, while our staff will serve you a nice refreshment. We also have a villa manual with plenty of useful information for our guests such as places of interests, restaurants, bars, spa salon, supermarketsetc.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
The fantastic rice fields views as well as the peace and quiet. Sunsets in front of your bbq / terrace area are also stunning. Nonetheless it is located only 5mn from busy Seminyak or 10mn from beautiful beaches of Canggu or Batu Belig. A lot of shops / restaurants / mini markets are also at walking distance from the Villa

GETTING AROUND
The villa comes with your choice of a 7 seater car or 4 motorbikes so the guests can move easily. We can also hire a driver on demand. Otherwise a simple phone call and a taxi will show-up within 5mn.We can also arrange tours with car and driver for our guests to visit the island as well as spa on demand, chef on demand and many other activities throughout the island.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This villa has a lot of character and is quite unique, it has been photographed and published in Belle Decors International. All our guests agree to say that there really is a special feel to it.
