This large 5 bedroom holiday house is hidden behind security gates.
The house features Mod Grass Tennis Court, with tennis ball machine, soccer goals, basketball ring, sandpit, trampoline and kids Cubby House.
Tennis court leads up steps to alfresco outdoor entertaining area , which includes 8 Burner BBQ with Wok burner, bar fridge, stainless steel esky/ cooler, 10 seater outdoor dining table and external gas heater.

Entry into house at this point to open plan kitchen and dining. The kitchen has a 6 seater island bench, large gas stove, twin oven, large separate pantry, double fridge , double freezer, coffee machine. thermomix and microwave. Dining Table seats up to 10 people.

To the side , looking onto tennis court is the first Living room. Curved Smart TV is surrounded by leather couches and chairs. Foxtel, Sonos sound system and kids games are found here. This room leads onto private balcony with couches , table and firepit.

On the other side of the Dining room is the formal Sitting room, with bar, gas fireplace and wall mounted TV.
A powder room services these living areas.

Down the hallway you find the Master Bedroom with WIR and En Suite. Four Poster King Bed with electric blanket, reverse cycle A/C , Plasma TV , Foxtel, Sonos Sound System, Bifold doors and plantation shutters lead to private balcony. En suite has 13 jet Spa Bath with shower and toilet.

Around the corner and down the hallway to the Kidszone, which features Kids living area with Couch, Xbox one and toys. Bedroom 2 has a Bunk Bed (King Single size). Bedroom 3 has a Single Bed with room to put another mattress on floor if required. Bedroom 4 has a King Single Bed with Single Bed trundle. These 3 bedrooms share family bathroom with Shower, bath and toilet.

Upstairs we find 2nd informal living area with Kitchenette coffee machine + microwave, Table Tennis table, Futsal table and Wall Mounted TV. Bedroom 5 is locate upstairs with King Bed as well as King Single Bunk Bed and extra King single mattress if required. TV and DVD in bedroom as well. Upstairs level has family bathroom with Shower and toilet. There is also a large Theatre upstairs with projector screen , surround sound, Foxtel, dvds, leather reclining chairs and a stage.

Through the Upstairs sliding doors is Swimming Pool and Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and dining Table. The Pool is solar heated and comes with Water Slide and lots of blow up pool toys. There are umbrellas , lounges and outdoor couches in the gate secured pool area.

The house comes with Wifi and garage with use of adult + kids bicycles.

PLEASE NOTE:
The owners beachbox is available for $1000 per stay if wanted. Beachbox is situated in North Beach Mt Martha. Beachbox comes with Adult and kids Kayaks + SUPs.
This holiday house is a 5 minute walk to South Beach and a 10 minute walk to Mt Martha Village
