Resort style accommodation in the Seaside Resort of Mount Martha. Featuring six bedrooms, ducted air conditioning and heating, huge outdoor entertaining, large pool, spa and tennis court. Wifi, full sound system playable throughout entire house and garage parking. Short walk to Mount Martha South Beach and Village.

This resort home enters into wide hallway with Sitting Room/ Parents Retreat with gas fireplace to the side. Bedroom 2 is down the hallway and Garage (2 car, 2nd fridge/freezer and life fitness pully system) entrance to house is here.

Walk down some stairs past the Laundry ( with washing machine and dryer) and Powder Room, you will find large open plan Kitchen/Dining/Living which opens up to outdoor undercover Dining/Living.

The Kitchen features all Miele appliances, Island bench with four stools, Butlers pantry with Ice and chilled water, separate filtered water tap, microwave and Breville Oracle Coffee Machine.

Indoor Dining is located adjacent to the Kitchen, and large Living area features wall mounted Plasma Smart TV with Foxtel and Play station, Wifi sound system, gas fireplace and automated blinds.

Master Bedroom is also located downstairs with ceiling fan, wall mounted Smart TV, Foxtel, separate air con and heating controls, WIR and Ensuite with double shower, dual basins and toilet. You can also walk straight out onto deck with views of Pool, Spa and Tennis Court.

Upstairs has its own separate heating and cooling controls and intercom system. Remaining four bedrooms, family bathroom and extra powder room are located upstairs. There is also another Living area with wall mounted Plasma, Foxtel, Xbox and PlayStation. Toys and Board games available upstairs. There are automated blinds, surround sound, ipod music system and the room opens onto large balcony with chairs and table. Upstairs also features panoramic views of the Bay.

Outdoor entertaining area is huge and is accessed through sliding doors at Dining and Living rooms. There is a large bar fridge, long bench with sink, sound speakers, outdoor dining with its own crockery and glasses, and lounge chairs and couch all undercover. At the side of the house is large BBQ and separate Weber.

Go past outdoor entertaining to glass fenced and gated pool area featuring gas spa, large infinity solar pool, sun lounges and umbrella. Pool area has automated lights for the evening. To the side is a extra large Vuly enclosed trampoline and then down some steps to day/night mod grass Tennis Court. 4 rackets and tin of balls supplied per stay. There is also a skate ramp located to side of Court, and a full size basketball ring at end of Court. Outdoor lighting is fully automated.
