Villa Sunrise One

This lovely villa is located Beach side of the bypass in one of the best locations of Sanur, just a short stroll to the beach and Jalan Cemara where you will find the best restaurants in Bali.

Villa One (The Largest Villa of the Group of 4) has open living opening onto Private pool, with ceiling fans located in all open areas, new lockable Bi-fold Doors in Living Areas, very large fully equipped self-catering kitchen, dinning Table to seat 8 people, 2 lounge areas (one upstairs and one down stairs).

With both 2 and 3 bedroom rates available this will suit all that's stays here. Each bedroom has large ceiling fans, air-conditioning and large en-suites with double showers. Bedroom 1 and 2 contain king size beds and bedroom 3 contains two (2) Single beds that also convert to a king size bed if needed. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned with ceiling fans. Bedroom One is located on the ground floor opening onto the private pool with bedroom 2 and 3 located upstairs with balcony. All Bedrooms have locked glass sliding open doors with luxury beautiful linen, duvets, wardrobes, consoles and luxury block out curtains.

Please note maximum number of guests is 6 for 3 Bedroom. Porta Cot is available on request. Pool Fencing if needed can be arranged at an extra fee. The Living Dining area contains a comfortable 5 seater lounge and dining room can seat up to 8 people. TV, DVD and cable available. The Lounge upstairs contains a 2 seater day bed with foot stool for relaxation and TV/DVD player for that quiet relax time on the balcony. All these rooms are open air and have fans.

The kitchen facilities in the villa include a refrigerator, microwave, a four burner gas cook top, toaster, crockery, kettle, cutlery, glasses, and filtered water dispenser that offers icy cold for drinking and hot water for tea and coffee.

Conveniently located across the road is a Bottle Shop, Restaurant and Mini Mart that supplies cool drinks, snacks, consumables, beer and you are a stone's throw away from quality restaurants. The Snack Shack restaurant is also conveniently located across the road that also deliver to the Villa if required.

Coffee and Tea is provided, dish washing liquid, tea towels, sponges etc. You can either self-cater, have breakfast delivered or choose to walk down to the beach and enjoy the sunshine, as there are many great restaurants close by.
