Hamlet Downs is set on 36 acres of gardens, ponds and fields next to the magnificent Mt Field National Park & SW Wilderness region. Great stopover to/from Strahan. Enjoy dinner using our own produce or self cater in your high quality private suite as The Hamlet Suite has its own fully equipped kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms, a lounge and dining area

Hamlet Downs is just 10 minutes from Mount Field National Park and an hour's drive from Hobart, Tasmania. We are a great stopover between Hobart and Strahan.

Nestled on 36 acres of gardens, ponds and fields, the Hamlet Unit offers its own entrance, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dining/lounge area, full kitchen and patio.

At extra cost, we have great breakfasts and a comprehensive dinner menu using our own seasonal produce including eggs, fruit, berries and vegetables as they become available.

Guest access
Relax and enjoy the 36 acres. There is a Yoga hut next to the ponds. View the wildlife or have a cup of coffee down at the caf just 5 minutes away.

Please note:
We have pet dogs and a cat on the property.
There are alpacas in the back paddock
Dinners may be ordered before 6.00pm thanks and served between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.

High Season (1 September 2018 to 30 April 2019) $189
