Adelaide Luxury beach House is a stunning contemporary three storey home on the beachfront at beautiful sandy Henley Beach, yet just 10 minutes from the Adelaide city centre and its attractions.

This serviced beach house comfortably houses twelve people and is for your exclusive use, whether 2 or 12 people stay.

Please note we are currently booked out until January 30 2018 and from December 23 2018 to January 15 2019.

The beach house is 4.5 STARs with Star Ratings Australia and is accredited by Tourism Australia.

Spot dolphins, pelicans and possibly fur seals, stroll to the many local restaurants and boutiques, stay in and enjoy your own private chef or a meal delivered from restaurants personally selected for our guests. Be pampered with in-house therapeutic massage by the preferred 5 STAR resort hotel service provider.

With the Adelaide city centre and its attractions, International golf courses, Adelaide Airport approximately a ten minute drive away and SA wineries and wildlife, including koalas, kangaroos and whales whales from May to September twenty to 60 minutes away,this is the perfect gateway to Adelaide and SA's experiences.

There are three to four bedrooms and study, three bathrooms, two separate living areas each with large screen LCD TVs.There's free WiFI, over 100 Foxtel Digital channels including sports, in-house movies, and Foxtel IQ, or relax with our books and magazines. The master bedroom has a contemporary king size 4 poster bed, LCD TV, spa ensuite and balcony, with spectacular ocean views and sunsets.

This spacious three storey home of 300 sq metres is thus ideal for family, friend, business, sporting and wedding groups wanting a comfortable luxurious, convenient stay. With 5 outdoor areas, including three ocean front balconies, a private garden and courtyard, it's been described by Ninemsn travel "as good outside as in"

For all family members there are indoor and outdoor games, books and magazines.

For those preparing for their wedding day, the views are ideal for photography, there's in-house therapeutic massage and beauty treatments and with three bathrooms, there's plenty of room for the bridal party to prepare for the big day and hairdresser's to visit.

On the beach have fun with our complimentary beach cricket, body boards, buckets and spades and crab net to catch famous blue swimmer crabs. The Henley jetty is excellent for fishing and crabbing. Less than a 5 minutes walk away there is free bike hire for all ages and a children's playground.

This stylish home includes a European stove, gas cook-top and dishwasher, microwave oven, an Nespresso machine, DVD player, IPod dock, washing machine and dryer .There is ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling, remote control garaging, private central courtyard with sea views, rear secure enclosed palm garden and a stunning roof terrace .Fully equipped with linen supplied, free Wifi internet access and complimentary mid stay cleans dependent on length of stay. For young children a high chair, portacots and stair gates, are available.

The bedding configuration to house up to 12 people is as follows:

The master suite has one king size 4 poster bed, built in robe and spa ensuite. Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one of which is a new 4 poster bed,built in robes, and both are adjacent to a bathroom. A queen bed and single bed may be placed in the ground floor second living area, without removing any of the furniture or entertainment unit in this room.It is adjacent to the third bathroom, has storage space and overlooks the private palm garden, making it an ideal fourth bedroom if required. The beach house is thus suitable for 4 couples or for those requiring a downstairs bedroom. The study contains one or two single bed. Should a single bed be required in the master suite or queen size bedrooms, this may also be arranged.

There is plenty of flexibility with bedding configuration and we are happy to customize your requests.

The all inclusive tariff is based on up to 6 people staying, using the king and 2 queen bedrooms

A range of packages are available to suit your individual needs.A personal trainer will visit you at the beach house or visit the gym at Henley Square where you are most welcome to use the facilities without membership.

If you are after fine dining at it's best and just want to sit back and watch the beautiful views, a range of international restaurants, personally selected by us, that will deliver to your door. Choose from seafood, Indian,Thai, Italian, Chinese, Mediterranean and more.

For that special occasion where a customized menu, waiting staff and a chef are preferred, or catering is to be a little more casual, then this is easily arranged at the beach house with one of Adelaide's leading caterers.Major supermarkets also deliver to the beach house.

We offer a gourmet seafood platter of fresh SA lobster, prawns, oysters and condiments, please see the photo delivered to your door and hot breakfast provisions from locally sourced and gourmet food providers are available on arrival.

Seafront Cosmopolitan cafes, restaurants and cocktail bars are just a short stroll away at Henley Square and Henley Beach Rd and are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a cocktail, dance the night away whilst you watch the sun set, or enjoy live music at Henley Square. There are fashion, beauty, gift shops, and convenience stores within a 5 minute walk of the beach house

The beach is on your door step, so there is fun for the whole family with our complimentary beach games, with stand up paddle boards and kayaks available for hire, take a kite boarding lesson or enjoy our beach games. Relax on the sandy beach with beach chairs and umbrella provided.

For fishing and crabbing enthusiasts, the jetty is an easy 5 minute stroll. We provide the crab net and fishing bait and items are available very nearby.

There's a playground less than a 5 minute walk away, free bike hire and tennis courts nearby.

Many golf courses, including Kooyonga, Royal Adelaide and Grange are within 15 minutes of the beach house.

Adelaide's attractions are just 15 minutes by car or 20 minutes by bus. The bus stop to Adelaide, Glenelg, West lakes and Port Adelaide is literally steps away behind the beach house on Seaview Rd. There is a free express bus to Adelaide Oval for the AFL football season March to September

Enjoy Rundle Mall for shopping and the cultural boulevard on North terrace for free Art,history and migration museums, the National Wine Centre, Adelaide Convention centre and Casino.

Along Adelaide's Riverbank precinct is the Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Festival Centre, the Adelaide Zoo and paddle boats or a river cruise.
