Complete with a chandelier, antique-style mirrors and rustic timber tables, as well as reverse cycle air conditioning, this warm inviting living space beckons guests to relax and unwind.
Simple and stylish, Anchored in Byrons dining space seats 6 at the timber dining table, with a cool mix of chairs, timber bench seating and modern pendant lighting.

Get inspired for preparing holiday meals in this gorgeous, brand new, light-filled kitchen, with new stainless steel appliances, including rangehood, fridge, dishwasher and gas cooktop, as well as a stunning original interior brick feature wall with built in cabinetry. Guests need not stray far from Anchored in Byron with an automatic coffee machine and plunger, with coffee and capsules provided.

- Check-out before: 10:00:00 AM
- Bond: 1,000 AUD
- Cleaning Fee: 55 AUD
- Up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 0% of the rental
- 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.
Group restrictions: Maximum of 8 adults at the property.

No schoolies permitted.
Christmas and New Year Bookings: if dates include both Christmas Day and New Year's Eve a 12 night min stay applies.
We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in loss of bond or immediate termination.
A deposit of 50% of total rent (including booking fee, cleaning, linen, and credit card fees) is required at time of booking. Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
There is a minimum 3 night stay with this listing.
During school holidays (NSW/QLD/VIC) there is a minimum 5 night stay.
During peak season there is a 7 night minimum stay.
Peak season includes Christmas week, New Year week, 1 to 14 January and Easter week.
All cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee and the non-refundable $55 booking fee.
The owner's fee is included in the cleaning fee.
