Beaches Serviced Apartments at Nelson Bay in beautiful Port Stephens. We are a complex of twelve-holiday self-contained units set within a lush tropical garden setting. We are centrally located with a lazy stroll to the local beaches for a swim and centrally located for a short drive or walk to Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay
So swim, relax, lie back, and enjoy the sun in our large outdoor solar heated pool area, with adjoining covered BBQ area -great for entertaining family and friends. There is also a mini Putt Putt area for the children to play.

No refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Cancellations by notice given more than 48hours prior to 9:00 a.m. on the booked arrival date may at the unfettered discretion of the Proprietor result in administration fee of $50.00 (excludes Xmas School Holidays referred to below). NO REFUNDS for cancellations less than the said 48hour notice period. Cancellations- Xmas School Holidays/Long weekends Cancellations by notice given more than 30days prior to 9:00 a.m. on the booked arrival date may at the unfettered discretion of the Proprietor result in administration fee of $100.00. Cancellations by notice provided to the Principal less than 30 days notice prior to 9:00 a.m. on the booked arrival date may at the unfettered discretion of the Principal result in NO REFUND FOR UP TO THREE (3) NIGHTS TARIFF. The Principal may at the Principals absolute discretion transfer a deposit or a pre-paid booking fee to a future booking within 12 mths from the date of cancellation of the booking (excluding a transfer to a date within the Xmas School holidays). Where initial bookings or deposits were paid by credit card, then in addition to the cancellation fees, the Principal may charge or deduct from refunded monies charges equal to 3% of the amount paid at the time of booking to cover merchant credit card costs.
