Situated in a quiet edge of town location in a developing area of North Broken Hill, Cottonwood Cottage offers spacious accommodation for six guests in a modern fully self-contained three bedroom brick house.

Master bedroom has a king bed with built-in wardrobe, and there are queen beds in each of the remaining rooms. All have doonas, electric blankets, linen and towels. There is off street parking for two vehicles.

A barbecue and alfresco dining setting with a smoking area is provided undercover outdoors (no smoking indoors).

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, separate lounge and dining areas, an 82 centimetre flat screen television, DVD player, CD player, radio, magazines and tourist brochures. Tea and coffee are provided.

Ducted evaporative air-conditioning and split system heating in the living areas provide all year round comfort.

Pets allowed by prior arrangement (outdoors only, a fee per stay applies).

Ducted evaporative air-conditioning for the summer months and split system heating for year round comfort. All beds are fitted with an electric blankets and winter rated doonas. Bedside lamps, linen and towels are provided.

The master bedroom is ideal for just two guests wanting lots of space and booking the cottage on their own.

Alternatively for those travelling with friends or families with children this room and the accompanying two queen bedrooms comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
